You are absolutely encouraged to share what you're learning with friends.
The program is designed to provide you with tools and a supportive community, and part of that process is extending what you've learned to your own life and relationships.
Be that friend who is on this journey and is willing to talk about it!
Sharing vs. Teaching
The key distinction is between sharing and teaching. Sharing your experience and the tools that have helped you is a natural part of any journey - Don't try and teach them... Your friends won't like it.
Instead, just talk about your discoveries from the Human Maintenance Project and the sense of community from the Handing Out Lanterns Workshop. This has the possibility of leading to deeper, more authentic connections with your friends.
Encouraging Your Friends to Join
When you feel comfortable, you can also gently encourage your friends to explore the program for themselves.
